Catherine Kamau is a strategic operations and governance expert with over 15 years of executive leadership across Africa in both private and nonprofit sectors. As Head of Corporate Governance Services at Stropeman Consulting Ltd, she leads efforts to strengthen governance systems, compliance frameworks, and executive leadership alignment within client organizations.
Catherine has served in senior roles, including Chief Operations Officer at Seven Seas Technologies and is the Lead Consultant at Legend Meraki, where she specializes in human capital restructuring, compliance, and board-level advisory. She has led large-scale governance and operational turnarounds, notably managing statutory compliance, investor relations, and board engagement for high-impact projects across East and Southern Africa.
She holds an Executive MBA in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John University, is a certified executive coach, and is a trained psychometric test administrator. Catherine is passionate about organizational integrity, leadership development, and fostering accountable, performance-driven institutions.
