Meet The Expert

Helen Kangiri is an accomplished specialist with over 15 years of diverse experience across humanitarian, consulting, and public health sectors. As the Organizational Development Services Partner at Stropeman Consulting, she leads the firm’s efforts to strengthen client organizations through tailored capacity building, change management, and leadership development.

Helen holds an MSc in Organisation Development from USIU-Africa and a BSc from Kenyatta University, specializing in organizational capacity assessment, strategic planning, HR audits, and training design and delivery.

Her prior roles include Capacity Strengthening Advisor at Trócaire, where she coordinated capacity development and provided technical support across 15 countries. She also held senior consulting roles at MaReSol Consulting Ltd and EY, leading OD assignments and research. Helen’s early career involved impactful work with AMREF, World Vision, and Ipsos, contributing to public health and social research.

Helen brings a collaborative, evidence-based approach to every engagement, helping organizations unlock their full potential and achieve lasting impact.
